Our India Pale Ale is an English Classic! Brewed using an English hop variety called Fuggles. The Fuggle hops produce a pleasant soft woody, earthy and floral aroma in the beer. The beer is balanced with a medium hop bitterness that complements the medium depth of the malt base.
Fermentation takes place at a higher temperature of 18°C for this beer brewed with an Ale yeast compared to 13ºC for some our lagers. Fermentation is strictly controlled during the 5-6 days fermentation time with daily checks on temperature, gravity, taste and pH levels to ensure the finest results.
Our I.P.A. is matured for a minimum of two weeks to settle and clear, and is filtered through a diatomaceous earth filter to ensure the finished product is perfectly clear.
English style I.P.A.s can typically range from medium to high hop bitterness and flavour. We have purposely brewed and targeted our I.P.A. to be in the mid range for ease of drinking.
Our I.P.A is made with only natural ingredients: malts, hops, water and yeast. It contains no additives.
I.P.A is available in 1.25L PET riggers online, in supermarkets and liquor outlets; and in kegs for cafes and bars.

Brewed as an English Best Bitter style, the combination of five malts gives Sprig & Fern's British Best the ideal balance of malt sweetness. The addition of Crystal and Caramalt provides well rounded toffee and biscuit characteristics.
