Stylistically, Fern Lager is classed as a New Zealand Lager which means that it is medium bodied, light in colour, and with no one ingredient dominating the other. Our Fern Lager ticks all these boxes.
It has a delicate hop bitterness and a light fruity aroma which balances the beer perfectly. At 4% ABV, Fern Lager is best enjoyed at 2 - 4°C.

Brewed as an English Best Bitter style, the combination of five malts gives Sprig & Fern's British Best the ideal balance of malt sweetness. The addition of Crystal and Caramalt provides well rounded toffee and biscuit characteristics.
