We take great pride in our real Kiwi taverns, where real beer is served in real pints to real people. There are now six Sprig & Fern Taverns in the Nelson Tasman region, and our first Wellington tavern opened on Tinakori Rd in March 2012.
Sprig and Fern Taverns are cosy, family-friendly and welcoming, and we deliberately have no TVs, no pokies and no pool tables, so great conversation and human interaction abounds. Of course, we also serve the full range of Sprig & Fern's craft beers and ciders on tap, as well as a range of local wines, spirits, soft drinks, meals and snacks.

The Tahuna Sprig & Fern Tavern13 Beach Road, Tahunanui (opposite the playing fields)
The Tahuna Sprig and Fern Tavern opened just before Christmas 2012, and she's a little beauty! The site that formerly operated as Amigos restaurant has been transformed into another charming suburban tavern, with classic weatherboard cladding and the white picket fence that has become one of the Sprig's motifs.
There's some really nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the great Nelson weather, and plenty of comfort inside as well.
