A medium sweet cider with a traditional apple tasting palate. Crisp and refreshing.
We ferment apple juice with a champagne yeast and monitor its fermentation daily with several quality checks including gravity and taste. Unlike most beer fermentations, ciders can ferment for longer and our Crisp Apple Cider can take up to three weeks to ferment.
Once fermented, we transfer to maturation for a prolonged maturation period. Our Cider is then filtered to remove any yeast from suspension and to ensure that its clarity is clear. It is then moderately carbonated.
Our Crisp Apple Cider is refreshingly clean and crisp with a medium sweet palate.
Our Crisp Apple is made with only natural ingredients: locally grown apples, water and yeast. It contains no artificial colours or flavouring.
Crisp Apple Cider is available in 1.3L PET riggers online, in supermarkets and liquor outlets; and in kegs for cafes and bars.
