Sprig and Fern Beer and Food Evening held at the Harbour Light Bistro, Nelson on the 24th June 2011

The Sprig and Fern held an evening of beer and food pairings at the Harbour Light Bistro overlooking Nelson's picturesque waterfront.  This is twist on the more traditional food and wine evenings but one that is just an enjoyable.

Maori Bread Served with Sprig and Fern Wheat Beer
Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll with Peanut Dipping Sauce Served with Sprig and Fern Ginger Lager
Maple Smoked Salmon, Citrus Coleslaw and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Served with Sprig and Fern Pilsner
Lemonade Sorbet Served with Sprig and Fern Alcoholic Lemonade
Yakatori Chicken Thigh and Onion Stick Served with Sprig and Fern Tasman Lager
