Fern Lager: 4%. Our classic kiwi-style lager. A pale golden lager with a pleasant citrus aroma and slight floral character to complement its clean, crisp palate and well balanced finish.

Fern Dark: 4%. An easy drinking dark lager that has a combination of caramel, chocolate and roasted notes both on the aroma and flavour.

Ginger Lager: 5%. This refreshing lager is gifted with root ginger that is freshly ground on the day of brewing and added at the kettle stage of the process.

Pilsner: 5%. This refreshing premium lager is medium hopped with a maximum fresh flavour. It has a golden hue and a moderate fruity hop aroma. Balanced malt sweetness and a softer hop aftertaste provides this award winning beer with a smoother finish.

Tasman Lager 6.5%. Full bodied premium strong lager with moderate citrus and passionfruit characterisitics. A multi-award winning beer.

Doppelbock: 8%. Full bodied German-style dark lager with heaps of malt character. Guaranteed to put some colour in your cheeks.

Blonde: 5%. A combination of malted wheat and barley produces a light, refreshing and easy drinking wheat beer. The use of wheat malt gives the beer a slight haze. Try it with a slice of lime.

Fern Draught: 4%. Light brown in colour with a slight bitterness and a malty, almost biscuit and toffee aroma.

Best Bitter: 5%. A combination of 5 speciality malts gives the perfect balance of malt sweetness with the Crystal malt addition giving the beer its rounded toffee character.

Scotch Ale: 6.5%. Six quality malts give this smooth medium bodied ale a deep ruby colour and a rich dominant sweet maltiness in both flavour and aroma. Allow to warm and notes of smokiness with come through.

Pale Ale: 5%. The use of Aromatic hops gives this beer a wonderful fruity aroma with some tropical and citrus notes.

I.P.A.: 5%. A moderately hopped English India Pale Ale originally a limited release but demand has resulted in it becoming a permanent feature in our product range.

Porter: 5%. A medium to full bodied dark ale that is rich in texture with a velvety smooth finish.

Berry Cider: 4.5%. A mouthwatering blend of Boysenberry, Strawberry and Blackcurrants with apple cider base. Absolutely delicious!

Apple Cider: 5.7%. Traditionally brewed using two varieties of Nelson grown apples. Combining a sharp apple with a bite with a sweeter variety has produced a cider that is balanced, crisp and extremely refreshing.

Alcoholic Lemonade: 4%. Lemonade, just a little stronger and with a fresh citrus bite.

Ginger Beer: 0%. Refreshing with a medium ginger spice that lingers in your mouth for just the right time. Try it with ice and a slice of lime.
